We really need to talk about how much of an annoying process adulthood is. It’s almost like we’ve never caught a break since we turned twenty! Well, before I dump these emotions like a whirlwind, let’s all take a minute to “BREATHE”…

I would have asked if I still make your heart flutter when this email pops up on your screen but if I’m honest, I’d say that I don’t expect an emotionally stirring response because, I had lost touch with you and this was because adulthood came in contact with me- heck, I didn’t want him to touch me but he knocked me out really bad- I mean “adulthood”😂
I know you missed me too. It’s been six months since you last heard from me and words cannot describe how much I missed sitting at my desk every Friday between 4 am and 8 am crafting the most intimate conversations into what you’re reading right now. Have we lost our chemistry? I don’t think so!
What’s New?
I don’t know if you noticed the tiny changes we’ve made around here. If you haven’t, let me fill you in!
Firstly, we’ve got a redesigned email header and logo. This change happened because I wanted to reaffirm my reason for starting this newsletter and building this community in the first place, aside from a new, fresh look.
Secondly, you’ll get a newsletter consistently from me. I am quite in my building phase and so, I’m putting in structures and systems that allow me to reconnect effortlessly with the things I love such as writing, creating UX videos, and cooking my meals.
I want us to have an intimate virtual relationship and create a valuable space where you can learn, laugh, and live a part of your life through my virtual lens.
What to expect…
Well, occasional rants about tech, content design/UX writing, life lessons, Eureka moments, and the many adventures of a weight-lifting, tech girlie who’s doing terrific things in UX.
Also, I want to help you find the balance between humor and life adventures so if you need any help getting your tech career together or a nudge of motivation when life kicks you hard in the face, I am your mercenary!
